Interstate 790

I-790 and NY 5 westbound reassurance markers in Utica.
The "TO" tab should not really be posted as the interstate begins at this location.
I-790 is currently duplexed with NY 5 for its entirety and is part of the only
2-way quadruplex in the state along with NY 8 and NY 12.
