History:





NY 433 was originally assigned along present day NY 145 between Middleburgh (NY 30) and Cobleskill (NY 7) in Schoharie County (1937-40). Its second alignment followed Midler Ave. (Present day NY 598) in Syracuse during the 1950s and 1960s.

The current alignment replaced the former southern extension of NY 128 into Connecticut in 1971.
