History: |
From the 1940s through the early 1970s, NY 215 was assigned to Redman Rd. between Morton Rd. (Former NY 360) and the original western end of the Lake Ontario State Parkway in northwestern Monroe County with an entrance to Hamlin Beach State Park. When the parkway was extended west into Orleans County in the early 1970s, the NY 215 designation was removed as the Redman Rd. connection to the parkway and park had been eliminated. |
